Description - The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a moderncomplex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towersvarying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-st orey bridge over MaisonneuveBoulevard.The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Removal of existing membranes. Supply and installation of labour, material and equipmentnecessary to provide new hot-rubberized asphalt and two-ply mod bit membranes. This workalso includes various flashing and coping details.
