Description - The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3- storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard.The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Supply and Install all Metal Cladding and all Soffits according to the drawings and specifications. This work also includes all the anchoring systems, brackets, etc. required for the metal cladding and soffits.
