The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (Co unty) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Riverside Parkway Signage improvements in the Ashburn District. Proposed improvements consist of redoing existing signs / structures and installing new signs / structures per the plans and specifications dated May 2022. All signage foundations shall be designed by the Contractor and reviewed/approved by Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) (the “Project”).
