Description - Description: In Iran community-based organizations including positive clubs in collaboration with voluntary counselling testing centers and universities of medical sciences have been playing a key role in the cycle of prevention, care, treatment, and support. They had been at the forefront of the HIV response, awareness raising, filling the testing gap, adherence to treatment and advocacy. A roadmap is required to provide a framework for communities and civil society partners in reviewing and reflecting on the work they have done so far in establishing CLR and in contributing to the NSP’s objective under prevention, test, treatment, and support indicators (strategies 1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12)
