Description - Description The District intends to select an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide residential septic tank cleaning and septage hauling services on an “as and when” required basis.  There is no implied guarantee of a minimum numbe r of hours of Work. The Harrison Highlands is a residential neighborhood located on Mount Woodside, approximately fifteen (15) minutes west of Agassiz, BC, along Highway #7 within the District of Kent.
