Description - NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE  The Peace Corps, Acquisitions and Contracts Management Office intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for transit benefits with Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).  In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), it has been determined there is only one source for the WMATA SmartBenefits. The period of performance for this contract with be one (1) 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods, with a total possible period of performance of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028.
