Description - This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for hydro excavation services on an as needed and as required basis, in the City of Kamloops city limits.The term of any initial Agreemen t resulting from this RFP will be up to THREE (3) YEARS (“The Term”) from date of official acceptance and award by The City.
