Request for Proposal (RFP) for Training on Disaster Management (Last Date: April 12, 2024) The International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) is an international organization focused on non-profit agricultural research and training that empowers farmers through science and innovation to nourish the world in the midst of a climate crisis. CIMMYT in India has a Branch Office at New Delhi and project offices in different states. CIMMYT India invites proposals from reputed training firms for training on disaster management. The scope of work is as below: Impart training on the subject, adopting holistic approach, to employees not limiting to educating participants about manage and response to a situation, precautions to be taken, communication techniques, emergency medical treatment. Develop and share a Disaster Management handbook to each participant. Train while giving on-site examples. Share training evaluation report on the outcome of each location. Prepare presentation, other IEC material for training/ capacity building purposes using latest techniques, impactful visuals. Share a final report after training in all locations on gaps, and further recommendations to have a learning culture on first aid and trauma within the organization. Desired profile of the firm: Must have proven experience in delivering such trainings. Trainers must be certified. Must have capable trainers having expertise on the subject.
