Description - The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified and experienced firms or individuals to prepare a Parks and Trails Strategic Plan (PTSP) for the Thompson-Nicola Regional District, identifying the strategic priorities that define the future direction, philosophy, policies , and actions for the provision of both regional and community parks services. The Parks and Trails Strategic Plan will document the goals and strategies that will shape and guide the delivery of an integrated parks service over the next ten (10) years.
