Description - Description: The City of Groton is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to qualified companies who can provide an Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Device (“ATESD”) system for the City. This includes the installation, implementation, op eration of certain aspects of the ATESD, training and continuing performance of the hardware, software and supporting services needed for this system to function properly.
