Description - Description: The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to engage contractors for large-scale cleaning of exterior windows. This RFP, and the subsequent submission, will be refere nced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
