Borlaug. It is a non-profit international research institute dedicated to food, nutrition, livelihood security, and environmental rehabilitation in South Asia. Project Overview The Atlas of Climate Adaptation in South Asian Agriculture (ACASA) is a collaborative initiative between BISA, several South Asian national agricultural research system (NARES) to provide a comprehensive web-based interactive platform for understanding climate risks and facilitating adaptive options in the South Asian region. This document outlines the scope, objectives of the Atlas to cater to various stakeholders. EOI BISA is inviting proposals from the interested companies/institutions/individuals to develop a webGIS enabled dashboard for multiple levels of stakeholders with varied skill sets. It should include: Enhanced data visualization of multiple layers of gridded risks and climate adaptation options Comprehensive data management functions, including data upload/ download facilities, Reporting and analytics tools (including on the fly calculations), Development of specific use case versions, and Country-specific implementation, Ownership transfer of the dashboard with necessary training and documentation to country partners.
