Description - Description: The Town of Midland is looking to retain a consultant to design, produce construction drawings, supply and install a splash pad in 2026. This project is intended to be a design-build.The Town completed a Feasibility Study dated February 25, 2025, which is included in the attachments. The study outlines Little Lake Park is the ideal location for a large flow-through system splash pad as it can complement existing recreational infrastructure and provide alternative play options. The proposed location in the study requires the existing beach volleyball courts to be relocated or reduce the number of courts. There is an existing washroom in this location that would require renovating
