Description - RRSH, incorporated in the fall of 2022, has completed a seniors housing assessment in the Red River region which supports the development of an assisted living residence in Morris to act as the hub for future seniors’ residences in the RRHS catchme nt area. Additionally, RRHS has concluded that the location of their first project will be located adjacent and connected to the Morris Multiplex creating a community campus for senior residents. The assisted living residence will utilize existing commercial kitchen space in the Multiplex for resident food services.The assisted living facility is envisioned to include:•A mix of 50 one- and two-bedroom units•Link to the Morris Multiplex•Roof
