Issue Date: November 07, 2023 Response Deadline: November 14, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR APPOINTMENT OF TRAVEL AGENCY FOR DOMESTIC TRAVEL, GROUND TRANSPORT AND HOTEL BOOKING CONTRACT. Scope of Work for Travel Related Services FHI 360 is a global development organization with a rigorous, evidence-based approach. We are looking for an experienced Logistic / Travel firm having strong operational experience, preferably with Domestic operations. Area for Travel & Hotel Booking: The main area for Taxi, Hotel and ticketing for Air and Train travel will be all India. Type of Contract: FHI 360 would enter a Master Services Agreement on services charges basis for below mentioned services. Details on Travel Related Services as below: Agency Background: IATA Member Ticketing – Domestic: Ground Transport/ Taxi all cities Type of reservation system available: Mention any charges: Cancellation charges: Re-routing charges: Delivery of domestic tickets for inbound travelers based at other cities: Hotel reservation and payments to the hotels, all over India: Payment of per diem advance to local travelers: Reimbursement of Travel Expense Report to travelers (domestic) as per guidelines: Train Tickets: Brief description of office infrastructure: Prerequisites for Eligibility: Companies with IATA Accreditation / Affiliation. Companies having an annual business of INR 1 Crore p.a. in the last 3 years. Response Requirements: Interested vendors / companies responding to the RFP must provide information (brochures, organization details, short description of similar/relevant assignments, brief description of the competencies and financial statements) indicating that they are qualified to perform the above-mentioned services. Submission Deadline: Responses to this RFQ should be submitted by email: Barun K Singh at bksingh@fhi360.org Responses must be received no later than November 14, 2023, or sooner. EVALUATION The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria and point ranges: Responsiveness of the proposal in clearly stating an understanding of the work to be performed. Cost Factor CONTRACT MECHANISM FHI 360 expects to award a master service agreement to the responsive vendor whose quote best meets the evaluation criteria described herein. RESERVED RIGHTS All RFP responses become the property of FHI 360, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to: To disqualify any offer based on offeror failure to follow solicitation instructions. FHI 360 reserves the right to waive any deviations by offerors from the requirements of this solicitation that in FHI 360's opinion are considered not to be material defects requiring rejection or disqualification; or where such a waiver will promote increased competition. Extend the time for submission of all RFQ responses after notification to all offerors. Terminate or modify the RFQ process at any time and re-issue the RFQ to whomever FHI 360 deems appropriate. FHI 360 reserves the right to issue an award based on the initial evaluation of offers without discussion. Award only part of the activities in the solicitation or issue multiple awards based on solicitation activities. FHI 360 will not compensate vendors for preparation of their response to this RFQ. Issuing this RFQ is not a guarantee that FHI 360 will award a purchase order. FHI 360 may choose to award a Master Service Agreement to more than one vendor for specific parts of the activities in the RFQ.
