The project site is approximately 0.55 acres, located within an existing City owned parcel along NW 108th Terrace, south of the Sanibel Recreation Center & Club House and west of the Devon community (refer to Attachment 1 - Site map attached herein). The proposed elements include a fenced area for both large and small dogs (separate areas), 5-foot concrete walking path, water fountain for dogs
