Description - Description This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services - Development of River Flow Dashboard, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
