Description - This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals as the Group Insurance Provider, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The CVRD is seeking an experienced service provider(s) to insure and administer (i.e., claims adjudication services) the group benefits plan for the CVRD’s approximately 250 employees.The CVRD is seeking an insurer(s) that has experience in underwriting similar size plans and specializes in providing these plans with high quality and cost-effective group insurance services.More specifically,
