Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (Owner) is seeking proposals from consulting firms for site inspections, assessments, cost estimates and electronic validation of individual components within the Owner’s facilities for 2024 w ith options available for the years 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
