Description - Summary:Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from organizations experienced in the development of water utility service strategies, plus municipal local service area processes, to deliver a Local Service Area Strategy for water service in the Carr’s Landing area of the District of Lake Country, British Columbia.
