Description - Description: BC Housing, partnering with Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions (MMHA) and the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Design Services to deve lop purpose-built wood framed Complex Care Housing (CCH ) on Vancouver Island. The project will include the development of two separate sites each with 20 units of standalone CCH. The development of new CCH in one site will require rezoning of the site.
