Description - Description: The District of North Vancouver (District) invites detailed Proposals from firms (Proponents) with demonstrated expertise in construction management for the provision of a mechanical system upgrade project at Parkgate Community Centre. I n addition to awarding one (1) successful Proponent to provide Construction Management Services for this Mechanical Upgrade, the District may elect to establish a list of prequalified construction management firms that may be invited to quote on future Construction Management projects for the District on a project -by-project basis for a period of three (3) years.
