Description - The contracting authority invites suppliers to a dialogue on procurements of passenger transport for asylum seekers, at first in writing.UDI is responsible for transporting asylum seekers/refugees within Norway's borders in several contexts. The aim of the procurement is primarily to enter into contracts that enable transportation that is cost efficient, user friendly, and has an appropriate response time.In addition the transport must look after asylum seekers/refugees on the human level and the needs they have in the different situations they find themselves in.The need (that is detailed in the attached document) is brand and complex.
