Description - Goal. Decision tree tool; digitization of the current paper tool including the creation of the decision tree. During a package assessment, it is decided whether an intervention, in the opinion of ZIN, can be part of the basic package of insured care. At the start of an assessment, the assessors investigate which health outcomes they should consider in the decision, and determine the weight that each outcome has in the decision. We call this Scenario Thinking. To this end, the assessors currently use a paper tool in which they are asked what they would decide in different scenarios. The answers are currently manually converted into a decision tree. The aim of this research is to support this
