With integration to phone call and printed material communications, we tend to speed up the contact process by sending Short Messagi ng Services (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) especially during the emergency fundraising. We will utilize this service to reach out donors and prospect donors via mobile phone. As most donors in our record have mobile phone contact, we believe this could improve contact rate, increase engagement rate and minimize our postage costs.
