Description - Vandenberg Space Force Base has a need for Architectural and Engineering (AE) services to produce a Concept Design in accordance with Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 32-1020, Planning and Programming Built Infrastructure Projects, and with the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron (30 CES) in developing an engineering design for the reconfiguration of the North side of Building 8173 to expand secure area at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.
