Description - Description: The Connecticut Department of Public Health (“DPH”, or the “Department”) is seeking proposals to implement Public Act (P.A.) 22-118, which allocated funding to the Department to increase access to specialty medical health care an d social services to low-income children and/or adults who are underinsured or uninsured in Connecticut. The Department received $1,244,634 in State funding to support this effort.
