Description - The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors to Establish, Operate and Maintain an Eco-Depot in Creston BC for a term of five years (2024 -2029). The Eco-Depot will accept, identify, and store resid ential Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) that are currently not managed by any Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, including unidentified/unlabelled products. The Eco-Depot shall also partner with EPR programs to collect their products.
