Description - The Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) of NOAA’s Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), on behalf of the Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) of NOAA’s Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of up to four (4) fully modified C-130J aircraft in supporting NOAA’s research and scientific programs. This RFP will include the production of two (2) ‘green’ C-130J aircraft, an analysis of alternatives for a vertically scanning doppler radar, and design of aircraft modifications. In addition, several optional Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) will be included for the following: two (2) additional ‘green’ C-130J aircraft;
