Description - Description: The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety identified food and nutrition as one of the four areas of concern in aged care requiring immediate attention. In response the government has introduced a number of measures to improv e the capability of the aged care sector to provide high quality food, nutrition and dining services. This includes the 2023-24 budget measure, Building a strong regulatory framework for Aged Care: Strengthening Nutrition.
