Description - This solicitation is for a full and open competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. As aresult of the solicitation, FEMA anticipates issuing multiple contracts in accordance with procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for Alternative Transportable Temporary Housing Units (ATTHUs), specifically: (1) bedroom Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) compliant units.
