Description - This project (Phase 2) includes the detailed design and construction of a new net-zero ready Operating and Maintenance Facility to support current and future transit operations, as well as the procurement of six (6) battery electric buses. In Novembe r, 2023 funding was announced for the design and construction of this new facility. CBRM requires project management and change management expertise to support the transition from concept design to detailed design and construction of the facility and to support the initial transition to zero emissions buses through the procurement of the first six (6) battery electric buses.
