Description - Description The Immigration Office is preparing for the renewal and expansion of its existing “Automated Biometric Identification System”, or ABIS system for short. This includes the conversion of the existing database(s) of fingerprints, facial images and alphanumeric data. Facial photos will also be part of the stored biometric data. The ABIS system must be configured to the needs of the DVZ.
