Description - This is a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain capability statements and potential feedback for an upcoming Library of Congress (LOC) requirement. Specifically, the Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to help provide access to moving image and sound elements in various digital formats.  At the Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) in Culpeper, Virginia we have thousands of reels of photographic soundtrack negatives that need to be digitized.
