Description - Description: Product Manager Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PdM-SCIE) seeks sources for the design and manufacture of a Cold Weather Contact Glove. This glove’s purpose is to prevent cold weather contact injury (frost bite) while perfor ming highly dexterous tasks in a cold weather environment.
