Description - Description: The Highland Council is currently considering its options regarding the future of the contractual arrangements for a Passenger Transport Management System (PTMS) which will aid in route planning, option appraisal and testing, record keep ing, scheduling, payment processing, data exchange with other Council systems, report creation, and analysis of data on contract performance, pupil numbers, eligibility and reasons for changes in costs.
