Description - Description: Request for Information Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for the below 2 scenarios: Scenario 1) Premise ranging from 1,150 -1,350 square meters (sqm) of net lettable area (NLA). The premises must in clude a minimum of 550 sqm of ground floor space suitable for customer service delivery. Site must be located within Gosford, NSW as depicted in the attached Location Map. Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking. Lease term:Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each. Lease and operational commencement no later than 14 October
