Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide VSS and IDS preventive and corrective maintenance services for 34 buildings within FPS Region 9 (see Appendix A – IDS and VSS Inventory by Location). Services include, but are not limited to, preventive mai ntenance measures such as testing, cleaning and maintaining equipment to manufacturers specifications and any necessary corrective maintenance of all listed VSS and IDS equipment listed in (see Appendix A – IDS and VSS Inventory by Location).
