Description - Description: The objective of the consultancy services is to strengthen the procurement and contract management capacity of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and to ensure that procurement activities under the R-CAMD Project are implemented in compl iance with AfDB guidelines and national procedures. The Procurement Specialist will support the preparation and monitoring of procurement plans, provide technical support across all procurement stages, and ensure the proper execution of contracts in line with the project’s scope, timeline, and budget.
