These distributors are located in 1 room in the underground sewage treatment plant Dokhaven of the Hollandse Delta water board in Rotterdam. A Cos Phi improvement must also be made on the main distributors 1HK to 4HK.After the contract has been awarded, the contractor must submit a conversion plan to the management detailing the manner and order in which the replacement will take place.
