Description - Description: Background: In 2004, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand, had applied blast-resistant film to all building glazing panels that could pose a threat to its staff, as per M OSS requirement. After 19 years, the current film is tearing out and showing signs of expiration. Requirement: ESCAP is therefore, seeking a qualified company who is able to replace the existing shatter-resistant film with a high-tensile-strength shatter-resistant film as approved by DSS, on all existing glazing panels at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), the link bridges both from the Secretariat Builidng to UNCC and from the Services
