Description - Description: Replace Uninterpretable Power Supply (UPS) Batteries located at WTC, floor 53. The UPS Battery cabinets currently supporting essential IT infrastructure in the building have not undergone battery replacement since 2017/2018-time frame. T he batteries installed Model 12HX505-FR are VRLA-type units with a manufacturer-rated design life of approximately 5-7 years under optimal conditions. Given the elapsed time, these batteries have exceeded their expected service life and pose a growing risk of failure which could compromise operational continuity during a power interruption. SITE VISITS: Site visits will be held July 31st, 2025 and August 1st, 2025, 11 AM EST. Location will be 1 W
