Description - The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for a project to repair by replacement the existing water main from the water treatment plant (WTP) to the distribution system, install a redundant connection from the WTP to the water distribution system, construct water main changes to support the work, and construct the internal plumbing changes in the WTP to support the redundant feed pipes. The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 14 working days after the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 270 Working Days.
