Description - Description: The 911th Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh Air Force Reserve Center (AFRC) has a Design-Build requirement in Coraopolis, PA. General Information: This project is for a Base plus 10 Options. For the Base, the project will entitle full-depth pavem ent repair along the majority of the designated project area, including replacement of the existing storm drain system. This work entails removing the existing asphalt, subbase, and unsuitable subgrade, replacing it with a new drainage layer and underdrains, and then reconstructing the roadway with a new subbase and asphalt surface.
