Description - Description: In cooperation with the government of Lower Bavaria, the municipality of Kirchberg im Wald is planning the structural repair, further expansion and reactivation of the listed Amthof complex.For this purpose, a feasibility study was commi ssioned in 2024, on the basis of which the municipal council launched the further planning steps.The feasibility study developed from the idea concept offers the municipality a basis for decision -making, in which way and in which logical steps the Amthof can be renovated and used again (permanent use according to structural conclusion and also intermediate use).The subject of the negotiating procedure are planning services according to HOAI 2021
