Description - Description: The 354th Eielson Contracting Quadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below: The Arctic Utilidor D & Arctic Utilidor H were constructed and installed in the 1950's and have exceeded their useful life. M any of the pipes have patches and splices to keep them operational and pipe supports have rusted. In addition, it is suspected there is significant infiltration and inflow (I&I) entering the system through the utilidor infrastructure due to aging waterproofing and concrete joint sealing systems.
