INSTITUTE OF SEISMOLOGICAL RESEARCH Knowledge Corridor, Next to PDEU, Raysan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. _ 1.0 Introduction:- ISR is a research institute working under the aegis of Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Gujarat and has an office and residential facility in its campus. The ISR intends to invites bids for Repair and maintenance of street lights in its campus for office and residential colony. The bidder will have to run and maintain the street lights and its associated electrical related items at Institute of Seismological Research, Next to PDEU, Raysan, Gandhinagar 382007. Tender should be sent by RPAD or Speed Post in sealed envelope duly signed and sealed copy of our term & conditions and proper documents on below given address: Director General Institute of Seismological Research (ISR) Knowledge Corridor, Next. To PDEU, Raysan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The vendor should carefully read, understand and seek clarifications, if any, before filling in and submitting the tender. No claim whatsoever will be entertained for any alleged ignorance thereof. Kindly put the Technical bid (Tender Fee, Tender copy (with sign & seal), E.M.D and required documents as per Annexure-1) and Price bid (Annexure- 2) in separate cover. Then after put the Technical bid and Price bid in single cover. Write down the heading “Tender for Repair & Maintenance of Street Light at ISR”. Last date of bid submission is 11:00 am 24th July, 2023 Technical Bid opening date is 03:00 pm on 25th July, 2023 at 3:00 pm at ISR. Note: Agency shall remain present on the date & timing of tender opening. 2 ANNEXURE- 1 Experience and Qualifying Criteria: The bidder must possess the requisite experience, strength and capabilities in providing services necessary to meet the requirements as described in the RFP document. Keeping in view the complexity and volume of the work involved, following criteria are prescribed as the eligibility criteria for the bidder interested in undertaking this work. The bidder must also possess technical know‐how and financial strength where with that would be required for successful Repair and maintenance of street lights for the entire period of the AMC (1 year). The bids must be complete in all respect and should cover entire scope of work as stipulated in the bid document. Office: The firm/company should have registered office/workshop at Gandhinagar Bidder registration certificate 4 Electrical contractor license Copy (Issued by Govt,) Licence copy 5 GST Registration GST registration certificate 6 Last three years Audit Reports Audit Reports 7 E.M.D (Refundable) (In favor of ISR) (Nationalize bank D.D) 10,000/- 8 Tender Fee (Non Refundable) (In favor of ISR) (Nationalize bank D.D) 1500/- 3 2.0 Terms & Conditions:- 1 ISR reserves the right to change any bid condition even after inviting the bids, with/without prior notification. 2 ISR’s Right to accept any bid or to reject any or all the bids –ISR reserve the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to awarding the Contracts/ work order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for such decision. 3 All correction/addition/deletion shall require authorized countersign. 4 Limitation of Vendor’s Liability: Notwithstanding anything contained in the Contract, Vendor’s liability will be only for actual direct damages and shall be capped and limited to double the charges or the amounts paid or due and payable to Vendor for the Services that are the subject of the claim. 5 The vendor has to run and maintain the street lights for a period of 01 year at no extra cost to ISR. No extra payment will be given towards any kind of charges like labor, transportation, material etc, during the AMC period. 6 The bid price must be inclusive of all taxes, materials, transportation, labour, etc. and anticipated expenditure for 01 years period towards annual maintenance. No extra payment will be paid other than the quoted price. 7. Security Deposit:- The selected vendor has to pay (refundable) security deposit of 10% of the order amount for the period of warranty within 07 days of purchase order in the form of DD, Cheque of any of the nationalized banks. Same may be fortified if the product or services are not found satisfactorily during the three years. 8. In case during the 1 year period if any fault in the street light is found, same will have to be rectified by the bidder immediately ( |
