Description - Description Our organization regularly needs the use of Satellite News Gathering (SNG) vehicles. To ensure flexibility and cost-efficiency, we are issuing this framework agreement for the rental of SNG vehicles, including one SNG vehicle that is perm anently available to VRT and is usually operated by VRT staff (Lot 1) and ad hoc rental of SNG vehicles with external staff provided by the provider (Lot 2) from October 1, 2024.
