Description - The municipality of Saint-Raphaël wishes to revitalize Place Coullet located in the city center and improve its attractiveness throughout all seasons and its conviviality by creating a relaxation space there. She therefore wishes to rent and install a decorated and modular luminous sky for Place Pierre Coullet, whose ceiling is 1000.80m2. This project is innovative for the Municipality, in its scale and in its duration. The municipality is therefore likely to consider perpetuating the project during the execution of the market by proceeding with its acquisition. The parties will meet under the conditions set out in the Ccap 'Review clause'
