Description - Description The rental supply (operational leasing without purchase option) with maintenance of electrically assisted service bicycles (hereinafter referred to as VAE) of urban type for buildings occupied and/or managed by the European Commission, in the Brussels Region and its periphery, according to an “all-in” type formula on the one hand and also on the other hand the supply of (i) a system of intelligent/digital padlocks for bicycles, unlockable by a card or computer application (via smartphone ) and (ii) an automated user/reservation management system (SSO, API platform, etc.), adaptable to the entire fleet of leasing VAEs and mechanical bicycles in the Commissions own possession.,
